Right of Withdrawal (EU Buyers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason.

Digital products — important exception

Our store sells digital content (downloads, skill packs, automation files) delivered instantly. Under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. You provide this consent at checkout by ticking the consent box. Once your download or access begins, the purchase is final and non-refundable.

Orders not yet accessed

If you have not yet downloaded or accessed your purchase, you may request cancellation and a full refund. To do so, contact us through our Contact page with your name and order number. We will confirm by email.

How to exercise this right (two steps)

1. Send your name and order reference via our Contact page.
2. We send you an automatic confirmation of receipt by email.
